Clarisse is a comedy actor and writer/comic. She is a stand-up comedian that has opened up for A-list comedians like Hannibal Buress, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah's Dulcé Sloan, sitcom-star Tone Bell, Hulu's Atsuko, and Comedy Central's Vanessa Gonzalez–Atsuko and Vanessa were noted by Variety magazine as two of the best comics of 2022.

 

She has 3 years of character improvisation training and is currently training at an improv theatre troupe whose alumni include Will Ferrell, Matthew Perry, and Josh Groban. She has recently filmed an ensemble comedy short film at USC’s famed Peter Stark Producing Program that will premiere August 2023. Clarisse is currently located in Los Angeles, CA.

 

As a Kalihi-born girl from the sunny island of O'ahu, Hawaii, Clarisse can currently be seen on television and online in Hawaii as the "Speed Demon" in a whimsical ad campaign for Toyota Hawaii and "Gloria, the loan officer" in a First Hawaiian Bank commercial with Marcus Mariota.
